My name is David Dobreski, and I am 19 years old. I am pursuing a bachelor's degree in business at Rochester Institute of Technology I am the founder of Photographers for Non-Profits, a nation-wide organization consisting of a team of skilled photographers dedicated to giving back to their respective communities. I am a digital photographer, but ultimately, I consider myself a visual anthropologist. My work is mostly of people, and I try to answer the question of what it means to be human through my photography. The majority of my work is shot in color, as I see color as a tool for expression. I create my work in a conservative manner; my images often have delicate and subtle hues, and everything within my frame is intentional. In my current project, People’s Passions, I am delving into the idea of people finding sustenance through a hobby or craft, something they enjoy so much that they can't get enough of it.
